1. General Terms

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on age67, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.
age67 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it substantially affects player rights, withdrawal conditions, or bonus eligibility — age67 will notify registered players via the email address held on their account at least seven (7) calendar days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the age67 platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted according to their plain English meaning. In the event of any conflict between a translated version of these Terms (if ever published) and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
1.1 Platform Description
age67 is an online casino and sports betting platform designed specifically for the Bangladesh market. The platform offers casino games including live dealer tables, slots, crash games, and virtual sports; sports betting markets covering cricket, football, kabaddi, and other disciplines; and a range of player account management tools including responsible gaming controls. All services are accessible via standard web browsers on desktop and mobile devices without requiring an application download.
1.2 Governing Language

These Terms apply to all users of the age67 platform, including visitors who browse without registering. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must cease using the age67 platform immediately.
2. Eligibility & Registration
Access to age67's real-money gaming and betting services is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their use of the platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age. age67 strictly enforces the 18+ age restriction. Providing false date-of-birth information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.
- You are registering and playing on your own behalf — not on behalf of any third party, business, or organisation.

2.1 Registration Process
To create an age67 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details. age67 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided during or after registration, including a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address.
2.2 One Account Per Player
Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) age67 account at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identities — constitutes fraud under these Terms. age67 employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, age67 will suspend all associated accounts, void all bonuses claimed across those accounts, and may permanently close all accounts without obligation to return any deposited funds that cannot be attributed to a legitimately registered single account.
2.3 Account Verification (KYC)
age67 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practice. Players may be required to submit identity and address documents before being permitted to process withdrawals or increase deposit limits. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe requested by age67 may result in withdrawal holds or account restriction until verification is satisfactorily completed.
Important: Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification will result in immediate permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
3. Account Obligations
As a registered age67 player, you accept the following ongoing obligations for the duration of your account's active status:
3.1 Security of Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your age67 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. age67 will never request your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, WhatsApp, or phone call. Any account access that occurs using your credentials is deemed to be your own activity unless you have formally notified age67 of unauthorised access in writing prior to the activity in question.
3.2 Accurate Account Information
You are required to keep your registered account information current and accurate at all times. If your name, address, email address, or payment method details change, you must update your account accordingly or notify age67 support. age67 is not liable for failed communications, delayed withdrawals, or missed notifications resulting from outdated account information.
3.3 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the age67 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the age67 platform in a manner not available to standard users.
- Exploiting any software error, glitch, or misconfiguration to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected error must be reported to age67 support immediately and are subject to void at age67's discretion.
- Engaging in coordinated betting patterns, arbitrage strategies, or bonus abuse schemes designed to circumvent the spirit of promotional terms.
- Using the age67 platform to launder money, process fraudulent transactions, or conduct any financial activity that violates applicable law.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing age67 staff or other players through any communication channel.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the age67 platform, its servers, databases, or any associated system.
3.4 Device & Connection Responsibility
age67 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of an insecure device, public Wi-Fi network, or compromised internet connection. Players are advised to access age67 exclusively from personal, secured devices and private internet connections.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on age67 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). age67 does not apply currency conversion to deposits or withdrawals. The amount you deposit in Taka is the amount credited to your wallet, and the amount you withdraw is processed in full to your nominated payment method from age67's end, subject to any applicable withdrawal conditions set out in these Terms.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods
age67 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods:
- Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank
age67 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of any removal of a payment method they actively use via their registered email address.
4.2 Minimum & Maximum Transactions
The minimum deposit on age67 is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Withdrawal minimums and maximums are displayed within the cashier section of the age67 platform and are subject to periodic review. VIP account holders may be eligible for elevated transaction limits at age67's discretion.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure. age67 reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within ten (10) minutes to four (4) hours for mobile financial services; bank transfers may take up to two (2) business days.
4.4 Responsible Transaction Use
Players must only use payment methods that are registered in their own name. Using payment accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — to fund or receive funds from an age67 account is prohibited and may result in withdrawal suspension pending verification. age67 reserves the right to return funds to the source payment method and close the account if third-party payment use is confirmed.
Withdrawal Note: Players who have claimed a bonus must satisfy the associated wagering requirement in full before submitting a withdrawal request. Attempting to withdraw while an active wagering requirement remains outstanding will result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being forfeited.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
age67 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free rounds, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to the specific terms displayed at the point of claim, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus credits and any winnings generated from free rounds are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies the total value of bets that must be placed using the bonus balance before it can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is displayed clearly on each promotion's claim page. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Bonus Expiry
All age67 bonuses carry an expiry date, displayed at the point of claim. Bonus balances and associated wagering requirements that have not been completed by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. age67 is not obligated to send reminder notifications before a bonus expires, though it may do so as a courtesy.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
age67 reserves the right to void any bonus, withhold associated winnings, and suspend or close an account where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; using systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to convert bonus funds while minimising genuine risk; colluding with other players to distribute bonus value; and claiming promotions using payment methods or devices associated with previously excluded or suspended accounts.
5.4 Promotional Changes
age67 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already claimed it, the player's existing bonus balance and associated wagering progress will be honoured to completion. No new claims will be accepted after a promotion's end date.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
All games and betting markets available on age67 are governed by the rules of the respective game provider or sports market operator. age67 acts as the platform through which these services are delivered to players. In the event of a conflict between a game provider's rules and these Terms, age67's Terms shall govern the player's account and financial relationship with age67, while the provider's rules govern the determination of game outcomes.
6.1 Casino Games
Casino games on age67 — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, virtual sports, and table games — are supplied by certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All providers maintain independently audited random number generation systems. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game's information panel. age67 does not alter published RTP rates.
6.2 Sports Betting
Sports betting markets on age67 cover cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other disciplines. Odds are displayed in decimal format. Bets placed on live in-play markets are accepted up to the moment the market is suspended; any bet accepted by age67's system before suspension is valid. age67 reserves the right to void any bet where the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
6.3 Voided Bets & Refunds
Bets may be voided by age67 in the following circumstances: the sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond forty-eight (48) hours; the market was offered in error; the outcome was affected by an act of cheating or match manipulation that has been confirmed by the relevant governing body; or a technical fault on age67's system resulted in incorrect odds or market availability. Voided bets are refunded to the player's age67 wallet at stake value.
6.4 Minimum & Maximum Bets
Minimum and maximum stake values for each game and market are displayed within the game interface or the sportsbook betting slip. age67 reserves the right to impose individual account stake limits where unusual betting patterns, suspected arbitrage, or disproportionate winning streaks are identified, without obligation to provide advance notice.
7. Account Closure & Suspension
Either the player or age67 may initiate account closure, subject to the conditions described in this section.
7.1 Player-Initiated Closure
Players who wish to close their age67 account may do so by contacting age67 live chat support and requesting permanent account closure. Before closure is processed, age67 will confirm the player's identity and ensure that any pending withdrawals have been completed. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited upon player-initiated closure unless the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
7.2 Self-Exclusion
age67 offers a self-exclusion tool as part of its responsible gaming framework. Players who self-exclude are requesting that their account be locked against login for a minimum period of six (6) months. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. During self-exclusion, the player will receive no promotional communications from age67. Self-exclusion requests must be made through the account settings panel or via age67 live chat support.
7.3 age67-Initiated Suspension or Closure
age67 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Material breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Provision of false, fraudulent, or unverifiable information during registration or KYC verification.
- Suspected money laundering, fraud, or financial crime activity.
- Operation of multiple accounts.
- Underage gambling — confirmed or strongly suspected.
- Abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct directed at age67 staff or other players.
- Exploitation of software errors or participation in coordinated bonus abuse schemes.
Where age67 closes an account under this section for reasons other than fraud or Terms breach, any confirmed real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Balances that cannot be verified as legitimate or that are subject to fraud investigation may be withheld pending the outcome of that investigation.
7.4 Dormant Accounts
An age67 account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity — meaning no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager. age67 will make reasonable attempts to contact the registered email address before applying a dormancy fee of ৳100 per month to the dormant account balance, once the balance falls to zero the account may be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing a verification check.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, age67's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any transaction processed through it shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.1 Service Availability
age67 strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party infrastructure failures, or circumstances beyond age67's reasonable control including natural disasters, power failures, or telecommunications outages. age67 is not liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from platform unavailability.
8.2 Third-Party Game Providers
age67 is not the developer of the games available on its platform and is not liable for errors, malfunctions, or incorrect payouts originating from a third-party game provider's software or infrastructure. Where a provider-side error results in an incorrect game outcome or payout, age67 will liaise with the provider to investigate and, where the provider confirms an error, will apply the corrected outcome to the player's account.
8.3 Internet & Device Risks
age67 is not responsible for any loss, theft, or interception of data arising from the use of an insecure internet connection or compromised device. Players use the age67 platform over public or unsecured networks at their own risk. age67 implements SSL encryption on all data transmissions to and from its platform, but cannot guarantee the security of data in transit over networks outside its control.
8.4 Responsible Gaming Acknowledgement
By using the age67 platform, you acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and that you may lose money. age67 provides responsible gaming tools to help players manage that risk, but the ultimate responsibility for controlling gambling behaviour rests with the individual player. age67 is not liable for financial losses arising from a player's decision to wager on the platform, provided that age67 has fulfilled its obligations under its responsible gaming policy. 18+ only. 8.6 Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the age67 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotional terms applicable to a bonus you have claimed, constitute the entire agreement between you and age67 with respect to your use of the platform. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, representations, or agreements relating to the subject matter herein.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect. age67's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other provision.
